Bantam, Pee-Wee & Mosquito Championship - Get the complete results

Montréal, July 23, 2025 – No fewer than 120 golfers hit the greens at Club de golf de La Vallée du Richelieu for the Bantam, Pee-Wee, and Mosquito Championship on July 21 and 22, in Sainte-Julie. Six athletes were crowned, including Jérémie Hébert, who emerged victorious from a playoff in the boys' bantam category.

As a result of this victory, the representative of the Rosemère Fontainebleau Golf Club received an exemption for the Canadian U15 Championship, which will be held at the Pitt Meadows Golf Club in British Columbia from August 27 to 29.

Hébert carded eight birdies in Tuesday's second round to finish at -5 (139). He defeated Zack Bourgeois (Blainvillier) in a playoff, the only other golfer to have previously earned an exemption to the Canadian U15 Championship prior to Tuesday. Sawyer Scatcherd (Rideau View) finished third at +1 (145).

With a cumulative score of +6, Mylee Murillo Beaudoin (Blainvillier) won the girls' bantam division. Like Jérémie Hébert, her victory earned her an exemption to the Canadian U15 Championship scheduled for the end of August.

Nelly Adjaoud (Royal Ottawa) finished second at +13 (157), followed by Laurianne Payer (Blainvillier) who shot +14 (158) in two rounds.

In the pee-wee division, Owen Copp (Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club) stood out among the boys and took home the victory. He was the only golfer in his category to play under par, finishing at -1 (143). William Landry (Bic sur Mer) finished second at +9 (153), while third place went to Alexis Morissette (Lévis) at +11 (155).

Meanwhile, Amy Ma (Public Golfer) led the girls' pee-wee division after the first round of the tournament and managed to hold on to her lead the next day with a cumulative score of +17. Ma won ahead of Ellie Simoneau (Vallée du Richelieu) at +20 (164) and Emma Sun (Pinegrove) at +22 (166).

Only one round was played in the mosquito divisions of the championship. Maeva Rouleau (public golfer) triumphed in the girls' division with a total of +15 (87). She defeated Ziqi Tan (public golfer) in a playoff to win the title. Yuxin Shi (public golfer) took third place at +16 (88).
