Dear Golf Québec participants:

In the face of continued concerns related to COVID-19, Golf Québec remains very active to support its members properly. We maintain a continuous dialogue in order to make informed and responsible decisions. The situation we are currently experiencing obviously affects the normal course of our personal and professional lives. We hope that you and your family are healthy and safe.

Golf Québec announces the following changes to its calendar of activities for the month of May:

• Spring Open qualifiers (4) – POSTPONED
• Spring Open – Beaconsfield Golf Club – May 28 – POSTPONED to September 17

We would like to thank all the clubs that were supposed to host a qualifier in May even if they could not take place.

Rest assured that we are already working on options for the eventual resumption of operations when authorized by the government. If there is another postponement or cancellation, a decision will be made on a competition-by-competition basis unless the government announces a specific date for the return to competition.

REGIONS

For all regional tournaments, each region will issue independent press releases for their respective competitions. Players registered in these competitions will be the first to know of any cancellations or postponements.
