Ms. Carpentier holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in human resources management and finance, and was an independent student in business law before completing certification in hospital management. She has held management positions in human resources in a number of healthcare establishments.
She joined the Fédération's Board of Directors in 2020. She has chaired the Human Resources Committee since 2021, is a member of the Volunteer Involvement Committee and contributes to handicap services.
As a member of Golf Le Mirage, she was involved in the ladies' committee and served as Captain for three years. She has set up various activities to promote participation and the development of golf among women, in addition to volunteering at numerous Golf Québec tournaments and activities. Over the past ten years, she has also sat on the Board of Directors of the Caisse du réseau de la santé as a member of the Audit Committee, the Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee and as a director.
